Level 1 System Administrator (Entry Level)
📍 Onsite – Melbourne, FL | Part-Time or Full-Time

Rolle IT is looking for an entry-level System Administrator to join our growing team. This is an onsite position with flexible part-time and full-time options available. You’ll work closely with senior IT staff to support users, maintain systems, and gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, and enterprise IT environments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide Tier 1 support for hardware, software, and networking issues

  • Assist with user account setup, permissions, and onboarding

  • Monitor and maintain systems, apply updates, and document solutions

  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members

What We’re Looking For:

  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in IT (prior help desk experience is a plus)
